That's funny in one sense. I have chickens too, but thankfully, they haven't tried that one. A few years back. I had to battle with the crows that used to knock off the eggs. It wouldn't be half so bad if they actually ate the eggs, but instead they mostly dropped them along the way and no one got them! We now have a roof over the layers!
