In addition my "real job" and Keychain production, I have numerous other projects going on. In short, all my horizontal surfaces have gone missing and it is standing room only.

Here are some over-alls from the front door.

Future Jeweler's Bench

This is the main cause of the melee'. We have decided to toy with silver soldering and jewelry. So, this area of our shrinking shop is being
converted to a jeweler's bench with acetylene torch, flex shaft tool,
and all those other cool tools that jewelers use.

I will have to find a new home for all that hardware.

I am also in the midst of doing two Red Oak and Zebrawood shot glass displays (above on the outfeed table/center bench). Here are some shots of these.

I made a fixture to hold my 6" Ridgid orbital sander in an upside-down position to help in sanding the small items I do. Works great, and the dust extraction is excellent. Also, fantastic for quick grit switching.
Here are a couple pics.

Last but not the least is the ritual 17 year clean out (whether it needs it or not) of the goldfish pond in back of our house. I believe new species have evolved here.

Fish Pond Clean-Out

It might not look big, but it is about 10 x 14 feet and 3.5 feet deep at the right end. 5 wheelbarrows of muck were removed (great compost).

So this is what I have been up to these last 10-12 days. I didn't even mention the bathroom remodel and spare bedroom rehab I have going on as well. Maybe
later.

Stay Tuned for the next progress report.

Peace in Wood,
Scott

BTW - We went to Vero beach Saturday. In my opinion the Ocean Grill is still the best restaurant in Florida.

WOW! and I thought I had my hands full organizing my craft room. I would have so much fun working with all your cool tools (to think my dremel was huge). Very impressive!!
