LOVE working with paper!
I work from my home studio on the rugged coast of Downeast Maine, one of the most beautiful places in the world. I make hand-painted and designed paste papers and craft them into two sizes of origami-folded luminaria. The colors and patterns of the luminaria look great in daylight, but they glow beautifully when lit by the battery-operated candles I include for each piece. I've recently added artists' papers--my paste paper designs applied to Rives Lightweight acid-free paper--to my Zibbet shop. Paste paper gift wrapping will be coming soon, along with luminaria I fold from N.O.A.A. nautical charts--I just LOVE working with paper!
