A good number of us have been unable to get to the selling side of Zibbet.com for nearly an hour now. We've sent emails to support with only an autoresponse back. There's nothing on Twitter from Zibbet.

 

What is going on?????

Just an update on this issue...

We think we've found the cause. The periods of slowness are occurring when we're submitting updates to The Find. We've temporarily disabled submissions and will be working on a fix over the coming days. Submissions will resume then.

We're really sorry for the inconvenience we caused. It proved quite difficult to find the cause.

Please let us know if you're still experiencing issues by emailing support. The exact date/time, and time zone you're in would  also be extremely helpful.  We then use that information to check against our logs.

Zibbet's been running really slow and/or not loading at all for some people today.

 

I know it took nearly 5 minutes just to log in for me.

 

any ideas as to what's going on?
