I am in a similar boat to you but I do have one or two ideas that might help you:
Try brightening up your backgrounds to make your items pop more. You can do this by adjusting brightness etc in a editing program.
Offer some more detail in your descriptions: what the item is made of, the colours, how you will ship the item etc. It would also be nice to see a pic of the item on a person if that's applicable.
Put backlinks in your shop. For example in a description but a link back to a part of your shop. Here is one of mine:http://www.zibbet.com/TheLittlestBookshop/artwork?artworkId=610308
Good Luck!

1. Pictures - Your pictures need some work. Some are very washed out with very little contrast. Try to make them more interesting with various angles, subtle props to elevate them for differing angles and such. Don't make your background too light or too dark. Your pictures are the first impression your product will make and you only get one chance to make a first impression. Learn your camera as so much of it is trial and error. I personally do not like to see hands in images and am somewhat turned off by it - but that could just be me.
2. Item titles - you need to add more key words to your item titles. Think materials, colors, style, etc. What search terms would you expect someone to use when looking for your product. Keywords, keywords, keywords. If you want to be found via internal and external searches, you must improve your titles.
3. Item descriptions - again you need to fill your descriptions with pertinent information and keywords. In this item:

you don't even mention what the beads are. Think like a buyer. What information would you need if making a decision to purchase this item. Give your buyer all the information that they might need.
I wish you the best of luck here.
