January in the USA, time to plan my product year

As a farmer this is the planning time of year. I look at what sold and what didn't.  What new things should I add. Does my displays and pictures capture my products? 
I would like feed back on my shop, I have lots more things to put on but want to improve.
Anyone who wants me to comment on their shop with ideas for improvement just let me know if you will do the same for me.
