Has anyone heard of/been to the "Pinterest" site?
On the "Pinterest site members create virtual boards called Pinboards where they collect photos from the internet. Most of the members use a theme for their boards, and I found quite a lot of people like looking at handmade items. http://pinterest.com/search/?q=upcycled
Even though I was not a member, when I clicked on the photo I was taken to the site where the photo originated. and YES I could have purchased an item directly from the original site, so photos are important to sales, regardless where they are displayed. I did not find Zibbet, but blogspot came up.
The theme of the board does not have to be in the title for the photo to be in the collection, so search words are very useful.You can view the Pinboards without being a member, but you have to join to comment. You can login with your Facebook account or create a new one for the site.

I added your slouch hat to my "hat-itude" board.
As with listing items on Zibbet, it seems the more items (boards and pins) the more buyers (followers) possible

And I am hoping that is true, I have a bunch of boards and am fairly good about adding things... and try not to add too much at once... still trying to get more followers... it's slow going but I guess it'll get there!

Topaz Turtle, I have pinned your resin ring onto my board "outside".
Instead of following everyone here, I am placing their items in my boards for others outside zibbet to see.
I follow individual boards based on themes I am interested in.
You can pin items you are interested in by search too, so the non-zibbet followers find us that way based on our board themes.

When I put Facebook in it pulled people from my friends list also on Pinterest and suddenly I am following them. That may be what happened to you.
