I would expect activity in your shop to be slow at this stage. You have not been open long enough to develop a strong following. Patience is a necessity for all of us. But I do think there are some things you could do to improve your shop. Since you request comments, here are a few.
You are having a sale with 10% off everything in your shop. To have a grand opening sale can be a good way to attract a little extra attention, but one must be careful with sales or customers will expect them all the time. And you want a shopper to buy today, so tell people this sale will not go on forever. In the announcement of the sale, give an end date by changing it to read something like Sale on now! 10% off store-wide 13 August to 1 September! And then, be sure to end the sale when you say you will, and do not have another sale too soon.
I find the default Zibbet color scheme to be quite nice, but you can help to make your premium shop stand out by customizing the colors. Look at other shops selling similar silver items for ideas what colors help images such as yours to stand out. Then put together a color scheme unique to your shop.
Your location appears in your shop as Zabbar zbr1407. With a little effort I determined that you are in Malta. Make it easy for shoppers to know your location. This can be important so a shopper has an idea how long it may take to ship an item, whether customs duties may be an issue, and similar matters. Under your Shop Setup click on Profile, and then in the box to the right of City: change it to read Zabbar, Malta.
Your policy page is a bit weak. Among the issues that is not addressed is responsibility for customs duties. Add something to make it clear the customer is responsible for any such fees.
You should create a profile page. This is the place to tell people a little bit about yourself to create some sense of a personal connection, and also to tell a little bit about why your products are better or more desirable than similar items offered by your competitors.
You need the thumbnails of your items to be visually arresting. You have about 1 second to grab the attention of a new shopper when she enters your shop, and make her want to look at more, or she will bounce out. As a start, I would suggest you try the larger thumbnails available with the 3-across layout. Products such as yours usually look much better when they are a little larger. And use the Arrange Shop option to organize the items to form an interesting array, especially those at the top of your shop that will be seen first. The images in your top line with the default sort order are a bit too uniform in appearance. When you have done those things, consider eliminating the Favorite Items.
Some of the photos could be better focused to bring out more detail. And keep in mind that all thumbnails on Zibbet are square. When you crop your photos to something other than a square, there is risk of losing important parts of the image when it displays in a thumbnail. For an example, look at the Fruity Earrings thumbnail. Sometimes it is unavoidable, but be sure you are getting the best image possible for the thumbnail.
And speaking of the Fruity Earrings, it appears you have combined what would better be two listings into one. The listing shows a pair of apple earrings and what appears to be lime earrings, and if I understand the listing correctly (and it's dangerous to assume a customer will understand what is not crystal clear), the buyer gets one or the other, but not both. It costs you nothing for another listing, so split them up. It will help shoppers to see what you offer, and will help to avoid confusion about what a customer will receive.
I have not looked at all your item descriptions, but those I have looked at could use some work. They tend to be short on information. Look at other shops to get a sense for what makes for an informative and engaging description. If you need help writing great descriptions, and many, many sellers do need help, you may want to look at the services offered by http://www.zibbet.com/Proofreader. (There also are some grammatical errors throughout your shop that, while not serious, could be polished.)
I think that is probably more than enough for now. You have appealing products. Your shop looks good, but it could be improved.
Happy selling.

Change your banner and avatar to match and provide close up pictures of your items. The banner you currently have doesn't show all of the charms on the bracelet, which is a major point of interest. Your banner should also include your business name.
Try taking all of your pictures with the same background so your shop has a more cohesive look.
Your shop description should include key words that search engines will pick up that have to do with your shop.
Some items are modeled and some are not. For me personally I like to see items modeled so I can visualize myself wearing it.
Selling takes time sometimes. You have beautiful items. :)
