craft fairs
Ok everyone I spent the last weekend at my first craft fair, it was a fun and learning experience. My question for all of you is do you uses some type of app or program to use credit cards? One of my neighbors at the show used a program called Square Up. Have any of you used it or have any suggestions? Thanks for all your input.

Tricia, Square is great. And yes, you will get sales you might have lost otherwise if you take credit cards. Good luck.

I just signed up for Intuit's GoPayment. I haven't received the free card reader yet, but I did process a credit card by typing in the info into the app on my smartphone and it was super simple! The fees are slightly higher for typing in the info rather than swiping, but still very low.

I checked the mail shortly after my previous post and I had received the card reader! I signed up on a Thursday evening and had the card reader in the mail by Tuesday! I can't wait to try it out at a show this weekend - hopefully, I have some credit card users. :)

Thanks I love that I am still getting feedback. I know I am going to be in Duluth Days in Duluth GA but don't know what else this year. All this info is great. Thanks Everyone
